Like wow! They haven't given birth to the person that is not one of my parents that'll tell me to kneel down in Uni.
People have always called the school the land of the holier than thou, but I mean this is just too much. I'm not sure about the rules and regulations of the school, but someone told me some of them;
If you get pregnant/have a child out of wedlock while in school, you won't graduate.
If you contract HIV/AIDS while in school, you won't graduate.
If you miss a certain number of required church attendance, you will be suspended.
If you leave school without proper documentation and allowance, you will be suspended.
If you resume late, you will be suspended.
If you are late to school functions, you will be punished.
If you are caught bullying, you will be expelled.
If you are caught dressing inappropriately, you will be punished/suspended.
If you are caught cheating on an examination, you will be suspended/expelled.
Those are just some of the rules my friend (who attends the school) BBM'd me in the short time I messaged her.
Abeg no matter how successful those students are, Covenant University will never be more that a glorified boarding school.
