A 10-year-old girl (names withheld) weekend, set herself ablaze in Ughelli metroplolis, Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State.
Vanguard gathered that the deceased set herself ablaze in the kitchen, using a gallon of kerosene, after she was scolded in their Aro Road residence.
According to a source, the deceased called for help when the pains became unbearable, adding that neighbours immediately took her to Ughelli Central Hospital.
The source, who pleaded anonymity, said the girl died at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, UBTH..................
